Randy Roy hails from M’Chigeeng First Nations, Manitoulin Island. He is currently residing in Sudbury, Ontario. He is a father of two grown children. His educational background is in Civil Engineering Technology, and he has been working primarily with First Nation communities for more than 30 years. In his most recent years, his work has been to understand and implement Infrastructure Asset Management at the First Nation operations level.
