This course will prepare water operators to better understand the concepts of developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, Flowcharts, and Logbooks. The curriculum provides an overview of methods for implementing and managing these items.
The course is designed for SOPs, Flowcharts & Logbooks OFNTSC/CRPT 3 management, maintenance staff, and operations workers in water organizations. The lessons in this course are designed to be delivered in a classroom environment using a combination of Microsoft PowerPoint, videos, a whiteboard or chalkboard, paper flip charts, and handouts. The students are encouraged to engage in discussion groups and work in syndicates on assignments. Practical sessions will be delivered in an environment suitable for the tasks and procedures included in the sessions.
