Lorri Bova is from the Mohawks of Akwesasne First Nation where she served as the Manager of the Water & Wastewater Infrastructure program for 13 years. She has previously worked at Indigenous Services Canada (formerly INAC) for a year as a municipal engineer. For a time, Bova also worked at the Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation as their Technical Services engineer. Bova has also worked for the Assembly of First Nations as a Special Advisor on Water and for the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne as the Director of Infrastructure, Housing, and Environment before returning to OFNTSC as a Water & Wastewater Engineer.
