· Perform and interpret a turbidity test

· Perform and interpret a chlorine residual test and know what steps to take to resolve low or high chlorine levels

· Perform and interpret pH and alkalinity tests

· Perform and interpret bacteriological tests and know what steps to take if there is microbial contamination in the drinking water
