As the Director of Operations Glen Goodman’s 32-year career in senior management is comprised of extensive experience with Ontario’s First Nations leading portfolios in the fields of administration, engineering and technical services. For a wide variety of Indigenous communities and organizations he has provided guidance, oversight and training in the areas of water and wastewater, housing and infrastructure, project management and preventative maintenance supported by his professional certifications. His responsibilities include interacting with OFNTSC’s clients performing reviews, providing advice and reporting on a multitude of the OFNTSC’s Capital undertakings.
Glen is a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers, Ontario Water Works Association, American Water Works Association, American Society of Heating, Refrigerating & Air-Conditioning Engineers, the Ontario Building Officials Association & the Canadian Water & Wastewater Association. As a member of Animbiigoo Zaagi’igan Anishanaabek First Nation, he continues to practice his family’s traditions actively trapping, fishing & hunting and is passionate about educating First Nations’ youth and protecting our natural environment.
