A member of Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug First Nation, River completed Forestry and Environmental Technician diplomas and an undergraduate degree from the Honours Bachelor of Environmental Management program. River joined the OFNTSC team as an “Environmental Engineer in Training”.
