OFNTSC is delighted to congratulate Mishkeegogamang First Nation on the procurement of a new fire truck for use in their community. We would like to acknowledge ACRES Emergency Vehicles for the fabrication of this vehicle, along with SealHawk Service for the sale, delivery, and training on the new equipment.
We at OFNTSC are proud of our Project Management, Asset Management, and Infrastructure teams for the role they played in this exciting development. We also look forward to the next step, providing this critical asset with a permanent home.
OFNTSC is also supporting the community with the development of a new fire hall. The project is currently in the design stage, with completion anticipated in 2027/2028.
We commend former Chief David Masakeyash, current Chief and Council, and the entire community for their hard work and perseverance in recognizing the importance of these vital fire and safety initiatives.
