We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at OFNTSC. Under the guidance of the Infrastructure Supervisor, the Infrastructure Specialist will play a crucial role in conducting inspections and reviews of new housing, assist and advise clients, and provide First Nation communities with the skills and expertise necessary to manage technical training.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Water Operator Trainer to join our team at OFNTSC. That will work under the guidance of the CRT Supervisor. The Water Operator Trainer will be responsible for training First Nation Water Treatment Plant Operators in the operation and maintenance of their community’s water and wastewater infrastructure by providing onsite OFNTSC Certified-Education-Unit (CEU’s) and On-the-Job Training (OJT’s).

The OFNTSC requires the services of a HUB Water & Wastewater Process Technician to assist the OFNTSC HUB Supervisor. This position will require up to 90% travel weekly. These tasks must be executed in alignment with the culture and values of OFNTSC while maintaining strict confidentiality.

We seek a highly motivated Infrastructure Specialist Intern to join our team at OFNTSC. Under the guidance of the Infrastructure Supervisor, the intern will shadow housing inspection services to gain hands-on experience within Indigenous communities. The internship will involve job shadowing, exposure to housing programs, and guidance to obtaining Ontario Building Code certification for the future as a building inspector.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operator in Training to join our team at OFNTSC. Under the guidance of the HUB Supervisor, the Operator in Training will play a crucial role in assisting the Water Treatment Plant Operator in operating, maintaining, and monitoring their community’s water and wastewater infrastructure. This position requires general maintenance, checking, testing, and repairing water distribution systems.
