Raymond Co is currently a Master’s of Environmental Science student at the University of Toronto Scarborough with a bachelor’s degree in environmental geoscience and geographic information science. He is a Geoscientist-in-Training with over 3 years of work experience in field, office, and laboratory environments with a focus on physical hydrology. He most recently worked for the conservation authorities in eastern Ontario on floodplain and stormwater projects serving over 15 different municipalities.
Born and raised in Toronto, Raymond enjoys nature walks, is inspired to learn about new technology, and solves Sudokus in his spare time. Raymond is looking forward to bringing his knowledge and expertise to the Ontario First Nations Technical Services Corporation as an Environmental Scientist Intern to better serve and learn more on First Nations communities in Ontario. His aspirations are to become a Professional Geoscientist in the future and aid in the protection, conservation, and management of the environment for his local communities.
