The Ontario First Nations Technical Services Corporation (OFNTSC) in partnership with UCCMM, North Shore,Waabnoong Bemjiwang Tribal Councils and the Wikwemikong Unceded Indian Reserve will be hosting a three day First Nations Asset Management Workshop from June 2-4, 2015 at the Manitoulin Hotel and Conference Centre in Little Current, ON.

The workshop will target key First Nation personal responsible for the operational & financial management and planning of community infrastructure. This workshop is exclusive to the group mentioned above and is designed to provide community representatives with the principles & fundamentals of asset management and processes for creating effective asset management plans. In addition, the workshop will includes various topics such as maintenance management strategies, lifecycle costing, current operation and maintenance requirements, and how to better understand the current state of your community infrastructure.

Space is limited to (40) seats, and registrations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Please note breakfast and lunch will be provided, however all participants will be responsible for their own travel, accommodations and incidentals.
