The Ontario First Nations Technical Services Corporation (OFNTSC) will be hosting a three day First Nations Asset Management Workshop from October 7-9, 2014 at the Marriott Hotel Towne Place Suites in Thunder Bay, ON. There will also be a second session in Niagara Falls, ON from October 28 – 30, 2014. A hotel for this session will be announced shortly.
The three day workshop will focus on the principles of asset management and will cover a wide variety of topics such as asset maintenance management strategies, asset management principals/fundamentals, asset lifecycle cost and management, update on current operation and maintenance procedures, and understanding the current state of your community infrastructure.
