OFNTSC’s Emergency Planning Service Announces eight new training sessions

The OFNTSC’s Emergency Planning Service is pleased to announce eight new training sessions aimed at First Nations to help create, refine, and analyze their respective emergency management plans.  Over the next 8 months the Emergency Planning Service will be providing training in communities across Ontario. Communities include Dryden, Fort Frances, Sioux Lookout, Sault Ste. Marie, Rama and Thunder Bay.

Training will cover previous phases one through three principles and will also cover phase four.  To find out what training is right for you, and your community please visit our events calendar on the left hand side of our webpage (or at the top under calendar to scroll by month).

July 28 – Aug.1 Dryden, ON – Phase Four

Aug.18 – Aug.22 Fort Frances, ON – Phase One, Two, Three Review

Oct. 20 – Oct.24 Sioux Lookout, ON – Phase One and Two Review

Nov. 10 – Nov.14 Sioux Lookout – Phase Three Review

Nov. 24 – Nov. 28 Sault Ste. Marie – Phase Four

Jan.12, 2015 – Jan 16, 2015 Rama First Nation – Phase Four

Feb. 2 – Feb.6 Thunder Bay – Phase One, Two, Three Review

Mar. 2 – Mar.6 Thunder Bay – Phase Four
